No, we are not certified appraisers.
Do you buy jewelry, gold or silver?
No, we do not.
Do you repair jewelry made by someone else?
No, we do not.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods, including, major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express), and Goldback.
Can I sell my jewelry to you?
We do not buy or consign jewelry. We do have reputable connections that we can refer you to.
What types of jewelry and art objects can I commission?
Our focus is creating hand fabricated one-of-a-kind pieces. We would be delighted to speak with you and hear your thoughts.
Can you replicate a design I found online?
We create our own original designs.
Can commission jewelry be resized?
Yes, if the piece was purchased through Brady Mesch Design, most can be sized, but not all. We would be happy to address any questions/concerns about sizing.
What is your warranty policy?
We pride ourselves on the quality of the craftmanship of each piece. It is important to be aware of the care instructions and proper maintenance and therefore do not offer a warranty per say. We are happy to look at any piece created by Brady Mesch and address any concerns. We should be your first point of contact. If work is done to your piece by anyone else, we can no longer service that piece.
