Refund policy

At Brady Mesch Design, we take absolute care in representing our products as accurately as possible. We maintain that a return can be prevented with clear communication and reliable details before purchasing. If there is anything we can do to help make sure you are 100% confident about your purchase before placing an order, please let us know.

We welcome the opportunity to provide additional information, send additional photos or video of any item in our inventory if requested.

Please note that it is the customers responsibility to accurately select their ring size at the time of purchase. Sized rings, special order, and made to order items are non-refundable.

In effort to provide you with 100% confidence in choosing Brady Mesch Design, we offer a 3 day return policy to review your purchase. (excluding sized rings and special orders)

The 3 day return window begins when you sign for and receive your item from the shipping carrier.

In the unlikely event that you wish to return an item, the following conditions will apply:

• You MUST request return instructions via EMAIL within 3 days from the delivery date.
  
• Any item that is returned without our authorization will not be accepted or eligible for a refund.
  
• All returned items are subject to approval and must be returned in the same condition it was received with the original receipt.
  
• No items will be accepted if they show signs of damage or if they have been altered, or worn.
  
• All returns MUST be sent back to us using an insured shipping label provided by Brady Mesch Design adhering to the complete return instructions that we provide you. We cannot be responsible for items returned incorrectly.
  
• All transaction fees and shipping fees associated with the purchase and return process will be deducted from the refund amount. Please note: as a small business dedicated to offering our patrons the most value for their purchase, we are unable to bear the cost of the processing and shipping fees associated with a return. We genuinely appreciate your understanding.
  
• The refund amount, less applicable fees, will be refunded to you using the same method in which it was paid to us.
  
• After 3 days, all sales are considered final and a refund cannot not be issued.
  
• We are unable to buy back jewelry previously purchased from us.

Brady Mesch Design strives to ensure the accuracy of our pricing. However, there may be rare instances that an error is made. We reserve the right to cancel any sale in the event of a pricing mistake. In the event that such a scenario occurs, you will not incur any fees. We will immediately inform you and issue a total refund for the sum you have paid via the original payment method, ensuring a trouble-free resolution.

Brady Mesch Design reserves the right to refuse the return of any item that does not meet the requirements stated on this page.
