Shipping policy
All orders include complimentary and insured shipping.
In most cases we are able to begin processing orders within 2-3 business days depending on the item you purchased. We will make every effort to inform you if there is an additional delay.
We will send a shipping notice and tracking number once the order has been dispatched
Safeguards and Precautions:
- We will only ship to the billing address that your bank card has on file. The billing and shipping address MUST match to ensure the order will be shipped.
- If you wish for a relative, friend or third party to receive the item for you, they will need to purchase the product on your behalf with their confirmed billing address adhering to the same 3 day refund policy stated on this page.
- We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Items including "Standard Shipping"
- These items typically dispatch within 2-3 business days unless otherwise noted via UPS, FEDEX or USPS Priority Mail. We will choose the most economical shipping option at no additional cost to you.
- If you require special shipping accommodations, please contact us before purchasing.
- No signature required for items shipped via Standard Shipping.
Items including "Express Shipping"
- Express items require an adult signature upon delivery.

We will contact you to confirm a delivery date and will not ship your order until a delivery date has been confirmed with you via email.

You must be present to sign for the package when it arrives on the date we schedule with you as additional delivery attempts cannot be guaranteed.
- If a package is returned to Brady Mesch Design at no fault of our own, you may be responsible for re-boxing and re-shipping charges.

We do not ship Express mail on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
- Each piece is photographed, documented and packaged with absolute care before dispatch. If your package arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours via email to be eligible for an insurance claim or refund.
Local Pickup
If you'd like to make an online purchase but would prefer to pick it up at our showroom, please let us know via email and we would be happy to arrange a pickup time during our business hours.
