Our Warranty

Brady Mesch Design offers a one year limited warranty. Our limited warranty includes:

-Tightening loose stones
-Replacing accent stones and melee under 0.10 carats due to a workmanship defect.
-Broken prongs due to workmanship defect
-Split or cracked shank broken at the sizing seam.

Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or loss of an item. We will need to see the piece in person, as well as receiving proof of purchase for us to consider a warranty claim.

We do not repair or work on jewelry that has been badly treated or worked on anywhere outside of our shop.

We highly recommend that you consider insuring your jewelry to protect your purchase. While we take great care in crafting and providing high-quality jewelry, unforeseen circumstances can happen. With insurance, you have peace of mind knowing that your jewelry is safeguarded from loss, damage or theft. Don't hesitate to ask us about insurance options when making your purchase.
